All Jovarna skincare orders are carefully hand-packed and dispatched from our Sydney fulfilment facility. We offer standard and express delivery across all Australian states and territories via Australia Post.
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days for metropolitan areas and 4 to 8 business days for regional locations. Express delivery typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days.
We offer complimentary standard carbon-neutral shipping on all Australian domestic orders of $80 AUD or more. For orders under $80 AUD, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 AUD.
In alignment with the Jovarna Sustainability Policy, your order is packaged using minimal, recyclable paper-based cushioning and protective materials. We avoid plastic bubble wrap and unnecessary promotional inserts.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Australia Post tracking reference number, allowing you to follow your delivery at each stage of transit.
For custom corporate gifting orders, studio wellness event parcels, or multi-address deliveries, delivery schedules and white-glove transport are arranged individually through our Concierge team at concierge@jovarna.com.
