2. Return Process

To initiate a return, simply contact our concierge team at hello@jovarna.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will promptly provide a return authorization and return address.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and ship a replacement free of charge.
